Hey lovelies.

Just wanted to drop by and ask a favor of all of you. I have a friend currently stationed over in Iraq, and for the longest time I hadn't received any contact from him whatsoever. I finally got an e-mail from him, and he's been extremely busy. He told me that one of his "basic training" friends was killed in combat a couple of days ago. As you can probably imagine, this had me biting my nails wondering about his safety. He's reassured me that he's safe, though.

Still, I just wanted to ask you guys to keep him in your thoughts. If you're religious, keep him in your prayers.

His name is Jacob Wilson. Just keep your fingers crossed that he'll be brought back home safe and sound. I think he's scheduled to come back sometime during August or July.
